Shabbat services, led by Rabbi Goldstein, are generally on Friday evenings at 7pm, please see the temple calendar for service times. Approximately once a month (October – May) we have Tot Shabbat, a special experience for preschoolers and their families at 5:30pm. At 6pm there is a congregational dinner (reservations required contact the office at 410-757-0552 for more information) and a 7pm Family Service with religious school class participation. Check the calendar for specific dates.
When there is a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Shabbat morning services begin Saturday at 10am. We also hold special services during the High Holy Days and the Festivals, particularly for Yizkor. Please check the temple calendar for a complete schedule of services. Our Shabbat services are followed by an Oneg Shabbat or kiddush supplied by our members. This gives us a chance to build upon the connection made through our shared worship. The oneg is the perfect opportunity to develop friendships with other congregants, speak with the rabbi, learn about the upcoming programs and events, or enjoy coffee and delicious sweets.
